Residence Hall Telephone Service

This form allows 2011/2012 Housing residents* to request activation of a phone line in your dorm room for the academic year. There is no charge for activating a line, or using it for local or incoming calls. One phone line per room may be activated.

Note: you will need to supply your own analog telephone or check one out for the year at your Area Desk.

Optional services such as long distance services, voicemail, and call waiting can be provisioned at extra cost for your phone line after it is activated. To order these services, please dial 61023 from your activated phone line.
