  2. Enter a name and click Next (don't press Enter as it will just finish the task)
  3. Enter the email addresses of the users you wish to give access to and click Next
  4. On the ticket permissions page, grant either Read-Only or Read/Write/Delete permissions to the recipients. Don't click Next yet.
  5. Click the down arrow to the right of Ticket Permissions.
    1. Specify the amount of time you'd like the users to have permissions to this folder. The default is 30 days.
    2. Enter and confirm a password. This will be the password you supply to the users who wish to access this folder.
  6. Click Next
  7. If you'd like to specify versioning/logging/notifications, you may do so here, otherwise, click Next.
  8. If you'd like, you can modify the email to be sent to the users who will be granted access to this folder. You may wish to include the password here. Click Finish when done.
  9. The users who you added in step #3 will receive the email in the above step, including a link to the folder.
