You may be able to reset your own password at the Duck ID Self-Service website. If you have not tried already, please visit https://duckid.uoregon.edu/ and review our article on how to Change or Reset Your Duck ID Password for instructions on self-recovery.
If you are unable to use the self-recovery options described above, click on the Request Help button. Requests are processed within one to two business days. For faster service, visit the Technology Service Desk in person with photo ID.
This form is only for recovering your personal Duck ID password or receiving a temporary Duo passcode.
