Library website gets redesign


The library's website,, is now sporting a new, easy-to-use interface.

The new site, which went live recently, incorporates high-priority findings from 2012 usability tests. Improvements include:

  • Clearer terminology and priority of display for high-demand information and navigation features
  • Audience tabs with targeted navigation and features for undergraduates, graduate students, faculty/staff, and general public
  • Improved visibility for instructional technology services
  • Redesigned catalog search with accordion tabs for General Search, Articles, Books, and Media

The Library's website was unavailable for about 90 minutes on Sunday, August 18th, beginning at 7:00.
