Researchers: Qualtrics is updating its IP range starting Jan. 20

Qualtrics has informed us that it will be gradually updating its IP range starting on Jan. 20, 2016.
Centralized UO resources — namely email, spam filtering, and authentication — should handle this transition smoothly. However, the change may affect UO faculty and staff members who are Qualtrics users and are using API integrations or their own email servers.
Here is how Qualtrics described the potential impacts in an email message:
"SMTP relays, API integrations, and CAS or LDAP SSO setups will likely be affected by this change. This change will also affect you if your organization — or any organization you partner with — has whitelisted our email servers for any reason, including to allow for improved deliverability of Qualtrics emails. Your IT team will need to update your whitelisting to include our new range."

In case you're not familiar with it, Qualtrics is a web-based survey tool available to all UO students, faculty, and staff. You can access it at by logging in with your Duck ID and password.
