Are you new to VPN?
If you are new to using the university's VPN software, we suggest using Cisco AnyConnect.

However, if you have been using our VPN software since July, 2009 the best way for you to get running is to download and install the new VPN profile for your VPN Client.

A note for Mac OS X 10.7 customers:  The current version of Cisco VPN client does not run properly if the Mac OS is running the 64-bit kernel and Cisco has yet to release a compatible client. In the meantime, please see Cisco VPN Client Compatiablity for a workaround. If you are still having troubles, please use the Cisco AnyConnect software.
